Ravens' Council Knives uses only American made materials; or in the case of exotic hardwoods purchased from small business importers from the United States.

Crucible Particle Metallurgy or (CPM) technology evenly distributes carbides and other alloys through the steel, which provides consistently higher resistance to chipping, fracturing or rolling of the cutting edge to other steels.  Forged by Crucible Industries of Solvay New York.  

Each blade is meticulously shaped and ground one at a time to the specifications of the job to be performed. 

The full width tapered tang offers optimal balance and weight reduction.  

Variations to match the demands of use are incorporated in each Ravens' Council knife.  

• Demolition and Breaching with our signature demolition tip maximum strength for prying, puncturing and drilling while retaining a sharp workable point and edge.
• Slicing and finesse with a tip ground to a 20 degree angle running the full length of the cutting edge.
• Bushcraft offering an axe shaped Scandinavian (Scandi) tip for chopping.  Combined with a Billhook and Multiple cutting edges for a wide range of wood working applications. 

Precision heat treatment achieves a Rockwell hardness of 60-66 depending on the steel chosen.  Combined with Deep Cryogenic Treatment (DCT) to further enhance all aspects of toughness, wear and corrosion resistance. 

Crafted to fit comfortably in your palm while matching the intended use of each style of knife.

Variations of materials:

• Ultrex Sure Touch composite of G10 plastic and rubber provides superior strength with unrivaled comfort and a grip that improves when wet and cold conditions are present.
• Natural Woods as well as bone antler and horn.

Limitless VARIATIONS exist.  Add a stripe of brass, G10, and canvas micarta to the aesthetic while maintaining a subdued non-reflective finish.  Or choose a distinctive look of buffalo horn, Texas ebony and nickel silver on a highly polished blade.
